To completely coat the entire item while eliminating all of the wasteful and harmful over spray, the metal object is given a charging electrode located on the end of the spray gun. It produces a very small electrostatic field forming the coatings into atomized paint particles. When the spray gun is aimed at the metal item, pain is kept within the electrostatic field and is pulled to metal objects keeping all of the coating from being airborne.

We start by protecting your floors, equipment and areas needed prior to performing any work. Wax, stickers and tape are all removed. Surface is sanded for proper adhesion and items are washed completely. Areas and hardware not being sprayed are then masked. Rust areas are primed, then 2 coats of coating are applied and cured, before all of the masking tape is removed, leaving behind your beautiful and durable new finish.
